New large format plasma cutting table
COGEMACOUSTIC® invests for the future
COGEMACOUSTIC® is continuing its investment policy with the acquisition of a very large format plasma cutting table. Indeed, primary ventilation needs (very large diameter fans) are constantly increasing. Also, this new equipment comes to relieve our BYSTRONIC BYLAS 4020 laser cutting table. The plasma technology with Hypertherm generator allows us a precise and fast cutting of our fan casings of the T2 range and our TXU range of permanent ventilation.
The REMOCUT S/HD (8,000mm by 2,000mm format) ensures the cutting of very large format sheets in total autonomy. This high-capacity equipment reinforces our production strategy, which tends to eliminate subcontracting operations, as well as our positioning on very large-diameter fans.

Along with the vacuum lifter that completes this installation as well as others to come, we have benefited from European financial aid managed by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region. Thus, the FEDER system supports COGEMACOUSTIC® in its investment projects in order to increase its competitiveness and its growth.
